I like infrastructure companies. I really like Stripe because they enable so many developers to build interesting products. What they build is cool, but what people have built using their API is even cooler. If you build infrastructure, you allow for infinite possibilities. If we build a way for people to programmatically interact with the physical world, the possibilities are endless.
The way a lot of companies approach building API’s is by covering verticals. SendGrid does everything with email. Twilio does everything with cellular networks. There should be API companies that build full suites of products. We want to build the infrastructure for people to interact with physical thing programmatically. Printing and mailing is just the beginning. “
